Spring is in the Air

Well, it is finally starting to look like Spring. The azaleas are blooming - and the weather is warming up. This is great news since McKinley (and the rest of us) love to be outside. In fact, when we were at church last night Kelly told McKinley to be good or "she was going to have to go outside". Which, of course, only led to her yelling "outside, outside" - since she loves it so much. Next time, we'll have to come up with another "bad place" to go when leaving the sanctuary.
Update on Evyn's reflux: she is doing better as long as she takes her medicine. And, other than the cold that both girls now have - we seem to be doing okay in the Brady house.
McKinley is talking up a storm lately - really repeating words very well. She has also started stringing together two and three words. It is so fun to see her learning to communicate. Some of her favorite words are: juice, "choc-choc" (chocolate milk), pizza, cookie, and cracker. As you can tell, we are a healthy bunch.
Evyn is really smiling a lot lately - and is starting to coo. It is so sweet and such a great payback after all of the screaming and sleepless nights. I can't believe that she turned two months old on Saturday. Time really does fly.
We'll be heading home to Rayville for Evyn's baptism in a couple of weeks and can't wait to introduce her to all of her cousins - as well as her Poppy. It should be a nice visit - with the Bradys "heading North" as well.
